Navyug Kanya Mahavidyalaya is a Government aided girlscollege. The majority of student in the college come from economically challenged section of the society. Their parents are unaware about medical facilities and health issues, often they are unable to offered regular medical check-ups.So the institution facilitated regular medical check-ups like eye check-up camp, dental check-up camp, cancer awareness camps, skin and hair/care camp and gynecological concern and related issues, blood test etc. Students often are unaware about their medical condition and have to juggle different role and responsibilities. And this session, majority of girls were assessed with low hemoglobin.It is very sensitive issue of the society.So the institution takes the initiative to organizedregular health check-up camps.
